I don't think I ate enough food yesterday and today I feel like I am starving! I just need to allow myself to eat and continue to write everything down. I also need to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet.

Are you doing points or core? I noticed you only ate 19 pts yesterday from food added to diary, which does seem very low. So if you're doing points, then check that you eat up to your daily points target. Don't forget you've also got flex points. The more you can eat while losing, the more you can eat to maintain in the future... so don't skimp on calories, otherwise you may slow down your metabolism. High fibre foods are great to fill up on and there are many veggies that are zero points that you can use to bulk out meals too, so no need to go hungry. ;o) Great attitude though -- this is indeed a lifestyle change... takes time to adapt, but I wish you every success! :o)

Thanks MoonLite so much for the encouragement. I am doing points on WW. I tend to sway too far one way or the other. I'm either bingeing or starving. That is why it is so important for me to stop dieting and just try to have a normal relationship with food. Today was better... I never thought about being able to eat more to maintain in the future. Thanks for the great tip!
