I went to my pre-op appointment this morning for my surgery on Monday. I'm glad that a tonsillectomy is so routine but I am still nervous. I won't be able to complete my running challenge for almost 2 weeks starting on Monday. But I'll try and keep up with my water intake and eating decently healthy. I probably won't record my food since it will all be liquids and I know I won't be over eating. I am looking forward to my first 5k on Saturday though. I'm doing it with 3 of my best friends so I'm excited to do it!
