I weighed in at 225 today. After gaining back about 20lbs. I have started my healthy eating and exercise routine consisting of cardio and strength training. I also run between 5-10 miles/week. P90X is a big part of my routines. My goal is to reach my goal of 200lbs by the end of August making it 2.25 lbs/week.
