Hmm weight loss is slow and I am finding difficult to keep my calories below 1000

oh goodness my target is 1500 day . I think it's too much

I usually keep mine between 900-1200, hard atm in around 1500. I did a month off 600cals, lost a great deal of weight but felt like crap, 55yrs old and for the first time in my life I got plagued with spots on my forehead. Gone now. God luck and stay safe
