This is for Sat. Sept. 12th.. At at Tapas restaurant in Lancaster. Really have no idea the calories.
As an approximation I had a small salad with 5 small mozzarella balls and a vinaigrette dressing. Dinner was three separate small (appetizer) sized dishes. - 2 skewers with 3 each 1/2 inch wide sirloin steak and 1/2 baked potato. - some sauteed onion dish - 2 small pork rib type thingy, small amount of meat plus a little mashed sweet potato.
Anyway, really had no idea as the calorie count but wanted to make note of it.
