Doing well. Weekend is the hardest time for me. I am going to find a low carb chili recipe and make it. This will help. The weather is so dreary. And chili goes well with cool wet weather.
Now.... on for the search.

I know what you mean. It is really cold here, too. And so rainy. After record highs a week ago its crazy. That is such a good idea for some good soup. I think I'll throw on some vegetable beef!!! Hot soup warms the soul!
