I just had my first baby about six months ago... I wasn't able to move for the first two months, nor was I able to put a girdle on because of the surgery that was performed. Now I have this horrific body. I'm depressed because of it. I gained too much weight and went up 8 sizes. I need to loose weight. I can't stand being in this state of mind any longer. I'm going to drive my self crazy. So I've decided that now is the time to get into a healthy diet. So here I am making changes...
