My weight is increasing despite the low calories i am consuming. I figure the reason is the reduction in smoking, combined with regular breakfast, which i was not consuming for number of years. It is likely that i will continue to increase in weight because of my weight training - probably will go into fat reduction mode once i hit 200 lbs; need to have consultation with a nutritionist about this.
For now, i am doing yoga 1 or 2 times a week and weight training 2 times a week, in an effort to increase my upper body strength, which is grossly under developed compared to my strong legs. Sustained some cramped/sore muscles because of my sudden exercise regimen that had increased in past 2 months. So, i have cut down on my weights and focusing on not getting injured. I am feeling lot better these days, with proper rest, reduction in stress and good eating habits and vitamins etc.
