I'm feeling conflicted. I know that in reality I should be eating, and eating often as long as the food I'm consuming is healthy, but sometimes I just don't have an appetite. I'm rarely hungry in the mornings, so often times I just don't feel like chowing down on breakfast, healthy or not. If I wake up after 9am, I usually won't eat until 1, and I know that's a long time for my body to go without food, but I just don't feel hungry. Help?

I can't get out of bed and eat either. I have to be up a few hours. Maybe, you could try a piece of fruit or hard boiled egg or a diet bar or drink?

I have the same issue. I get over-focused on whatever project I'm working on and don't get to bed until very late. When I wake up in the mid morning, I can't eat for a few hours. Thanks for the suggestions, DLAndrews. Sometimes a piece of toast works for me, but I guess in a classic dieting sense bread is a bit expensive.
