Haven't eaten well today, sigh. Didn't log over the weekend, but I don't think I did too bad, I was too busy to eat, so I didn't eat much and I'm sure I burned all the calories up with everything I did. However, I'm guessing maybe I had too much sodium or maybe not enough water because my hands are really swelled up and feet are a bit too. I'm really frustrated with this! I struggled last summer with swelling and attributed a lot of it to the heat of summer. Even when I kept strict count of my sodium, I had some swelling. Maybe I need to go to the doctor and have it checked out. I just assume it is because I don't eat as well as I should, but I guess there could be something else going on.
Tonight we are going to try making sweet potato chips. Kids saw Austin and Ally (Disney kiddie show) making these and want to try them out. I made crab rangoons last night that were quite yummy, I think I'll make them for our Father's Day cookout.
Hope everyone is having a nice Monday :)

If your swelling is bothering you, go see the doctor. Even if it's nothing it may at least make you feel better to know it's nothing, or maybe the doctor can give you some ideas to help the swelling. My daughter has been wanting to make sweet potato chips (she hates sweet potatoes) and I wondered where she got the idea, so now I know. I just made sweet potato fries last night so I can bring them for lunch this week. I'm sure they will be mushy when I microwave them, but oh well, at least they're healthy.
