So I had two small "air head" chewy candies and a handful of sunflower seeds and I feel SUPER guilty. Its all the stress of this week. I need to start bringing in healthier alternatives... I have the candy dish on the front desk, so it screams my name.

Hopefully some cardio tonight.

I know how you feel about the candy dish. I got rid of my candy dish and now keep a little dish of berries & nuts on my desk. Helped me a lot.
