did my walk (very tempted to skip this morning I only got 5.5 hour sleep last night, but knew I'd regret it if I skipped, in fact now planning another walk...I promised my 4 yr old he could go with me, so we'll ask the neighbor if she wants to get out for a walk/ wheelchair ride She is 86 and enjoys getting out some.

I di my push-up plan for the 100push-up challange, I'm not officially in it, but trying to follow it. I'm still feeling the effects from Tues (day 1) so I wasn't sure I could even support myself in the correct position let alone do push ups, but I did.

9 push-ups, rest, 8 up, rest, 6 up, 5 rest, max you can in a row(at least 7) I did 9. My form was much better today, and reps seemed easier at first than I expected, but I didn't go as low as I should have, this I'll build up to. I'm pleased that I could seem any improvement and shocked I did any knowing how sore I am.

My arms/ches to the outside of bra straps in front even with arm pits; back between shoulder blades; and my abs esp. part behind pants zipper area are the three most sore areas I have. These muscles don't see much action in my daily routine prior to this challenge.

I MAY HAVE FINALLY FOUND AN EXERCISE to help FLATTEN that hated behind the zipper area I so desperately need to tone and get rid of. I am shocked how much I feel these muscles. I tried to hold them in to improve my form with doing the push-ups. They actually got a work-out, WOW are the abs screaming at me now, but I'm going to tell this trouble area where to go...that's BYE_BYE _BUY FOREVER!

I won't be at karate tonight because I'm setting up to sell Usborne books at our local festival. I hope I get a lots of sales and home shows booked. I could really use the income.
