Yesterday I ate fruit, drank juice all day then at school I had a beer with Shelli then I went to the bite and got a pretzel and some crisps. I remembered I had some peanuts in my bag and ate those (salty), and drank the juice I took to school. All in all not s lot of food but one of the biggest single day gains in a while (2.2 pounds). Probably the salt causing water retention Who knows?
