Meatloaf is one of my favorites. I made myself chicken stir fry on Sunday night and put it in 5 containers, so I could grab it and go this week. It's been yummy and it's something my family won't eat so having it for lunch has satisfied my craving. Now what to have next week?

That's a really good idea! I'll have to try to come up with something to make ans split for 5 days.

I always try to do that, but I usually end up packing my lunch & leaving it on the counter as I walk out the door. I'd be a force to reckon with if I could actually remember things....anything!
