Made cinnamon, raison french toast for my wonderful husband.

1091 kcal Fat: 39.71g | Prot: 65.38g | Carb: 126.76g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Skim Milk, Great Value Sugar Free Syrup,  Plain French Toast. Lunch: Tre Stelle Feta Cheese, Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing, Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette ,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Costco New York Strip Steak. Dinner: Butternut Winter Squash,  Carrots, Nature's Earthly Choice Freekeh,  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat) ,  Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Fiber One Protein One Chocolate Chip Bar,  Pistachio Nuts, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels,  Oranges . more...
