All was well, until I had to take my oldest to the doctor's for one of the latest bugs being passed around. After sitting in office, then pharmacy etc, I blew my intake on a bad Reuben and sad onion rings. Got back on track for dinner, but alas the damage was done. Well, tomorrow is another day.
