Up until lunch, this was the first day I felt hungry. Not sure why. When looking at my foods, they seem the same as any other. I was very busy from the moment I got up and I did not weigh myself today. Not the worst thing. Anyway, resisted temptation to just eat and had a healthy wrap for lunch. It was so delicious I am no longer hungry. Oh, it is also day 8 without sugar. I am not going to count, but maybe I felt extra hungry today because I was having a sugar crave???
No matter. Embracing today's motto, Today's progress is determined by yesterday's choices.
So I'm setting myself up for a good tomorrow. :)
