Week 1, Day 5: Legs and Back. Eh, it went ok. I need to come up with a better solution for the pull ups and chin ups though. I've got a band wrapped around an over-the-door coat rack at the moment, and I keep thinking it's going to break and hit me in the face. Because of this, it's pretty loose and not providing much resistance. I wish I had a doorway in my place where I could put a pull up bar...
And Ab Ripper X. I'm still enjoying this workout, despite my complete dislike of fifer scissors.
