My weight is bumping around again. I am not stressing though. I have finally realized that the scale is not really reflecting the changes that are happening.
I completed the third day of my 30 Day Squat Challenge. Being that I will be doing 250 by the end of the month, 60 seems like nothing but that 60 has my heart racing and my legs burning like fire!!
