Yesterday I ate a bagel, peanuts, and banana in the morning. Nothing for lunch. Then I ate veg soup, crackers, and juice for dinner.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
