I was so mad at myself yesterday. I had my first Weight Watchers meeting at 12 pm and in the morning, I didn't make a wise decisions regarding breakfast and ate Panera Bread's Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on a multi grain bagel instead of their ciabatta bread (which I love!). After my WW meeting, I figured out the points and right away I already blew 12 points and just breakfast! That was half of my points for the day at one meal. So I already had to tap into my 35 reserve points by the end of the night. ARGH! Lesson learned. Today is a new day and I only had 6 points for breakfast so far. I just have to keep telling myself to take one day at a time and not get so discourage when the weight doesn't come off fast enough.
