Weight training today. Feeling much better :)

Didn't do any running, but I went for a 30 min. walk with my mom. It was nice to just move in the open air, talking about whatever.

Exercise:
6783 steps / 3.21 miles

Shrugs w/ 15 lb weights (endurance)
Curls w/ 15 lb weights (endurance)
Shoulder Flies w/ 5 lb weights (endurance)


Olive Salsa is my new favorite salad dressing :)
