Fell off the wagon today as far as my RDI goes, but only by a little. I spoiled myself with a 1/2 serving of Boston Market's Sweet Potato Casserole which sent me over the edge. Every once in a while I think that is okay. Especially since this is only the second time it has happened in the 3 months I have been journaling.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 37.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
