I am really skeptical about this diet but I have heard and read many good things about it so my Mom and I have decided to give it a try together. Mainly we decided to do it together so we can keep each other "honest" and therefore, from cheating ourselves out of the satisfaction that could be waiting at the end of this diet for ourselves.
