Saaame! I have been doing at home HIIT workouts and some dumbbell workouts as well. Its a way to pass time and when all this blows over I hope I'll be in good shape😄✌🏼️

I've found some good youtube workouts but literally all I have are these two dumbbells lol! thankfully we're still allowed outside
