I resisted temptation this morning. Had to drop my son off early for Jazz and on the way back I drive past Mickey D's. Oh I so wanted a Sausage and Egger. But I kept driving past and went home and had a bowl of granola. One battle won. I am still having difficulty getting up and moving. I like the idea of wall push ups so tonight I will do my weights and wall pushups. I have a new recipe for chicken and gnocchi for dinner tonight. I know my son and husband will cringe but we so need to get out of the rut of meat and potatoes. Oh gnocchi is potatoes just in a different shape. They don't do change well. This recipe also has kale in it which none of us have ever tried. This should be interesting. Have a great day buddies!
