Third day in a row and no change in weight. :( Plateau maybe?? Not discouraged though. And still going to keep up the dieting and exercise routine. ^.^ My digestion hasn't been quite the same since I had that milk a few days ago either. I think I'm going to pick up some soymilk at walmart today when we go. Once again I'm going to try and hit the gym today, and I really need to have salad at one of my other meals today. I got 40 mins of dancing in last night for one of my challenges. :) It was alot of fun. Might have to repeat it today. :D
