Although I'm really looking forward to the 20g Net Carb challenge, knowing that it was coming up put me in the mindset that I could/should eat whatever I want in the last few days before it started. Of course, that mentality isn't good for my waistline and I've gone up a few pounds in the last week or so. Ah well, it will get better starting today!
And just so I have it somewhere, here's my starting measurements for the challenge:
