Oops! heading the wrong way here. Celebrated one too many birthdays this week with ice cream. Got another one to celebrate Sunday... just gonna' have to be more careful this time.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
