I think I finally get the water!! drank lots, read that is helps stop water retention - not sure if this is true..
Struggled running home yesterday and ended up walking, realise I need to rest my body. Felt weak when I got home and was sooooo hungry, activia snack pots and peaches! better than chocolate I suppose.
nice dinner which filled me up nicely. I have decided to cycle into work today at a very leisurely pace and will treat today like a rest day by resting my shins and not running.
back to walk/run tomorrow and friday will walk (steady) to work as I intend to batter the treadmill on Saturday with at least 3 hours on it.....
