Didn't do any serious exercise today, aside from toe-ups and stuff while waiting for some soup to be done... entered all-around walking in the exercise journal because that's basically all I did; not housework or gardening or anything, just wander around a bit, get tea, etc...

5185 steps / 2.45 miles

Sick today... ugh...

Had my salad though :)

Drinking lots of water.

Eating makes my stomach hurt, though :P

I mean, I did eat, but I'll probably eat less tomorrow if I feel the same... which would be a shame, because I actually have everything I need to begin my journey into running (no pun intended)...

Also did my crunches ^^
