My exercise this week
Monday teaching Hi-Lo and Low Impact 90 min
Tuesday Weight Training 1 hour
Wednesday teaching Step and Low Impact 90 min
Thursday teaching Kickboxing and toning 90 min
Friday 30 min walk in the pasture
Saturday Circuit Training and Stretching 40 min.
Sunday - off day/recovery day

Just got done with circuit, which I did in my house and yard. That is a workout, I must say.

As far as eating this week, better, but not perfect. I peek at the scale and I was down this morning, will let you know what it is tomorrow:)
