Okay... I really don't rest 13-18 hours, as my "activities and exercise" sections implies. I only record when I intentionally go walking. I'm moving around here all day (my husband says I never sit still.... pretty much he's right.) I spent 2 days in a row now shopping... in and out of stores, malls, cars,... Got PLENTY of exercise bending and stooping and stretching to read shelf labels and reach clothes racks. Carrying bags of groceries and lifting in and out of carts, shopping bags and shelves. Did 6 loads of laundry, located in the basement, ... so there's stair climbing from morning until night. So when you look at my exercise records, it's not exactly what it seems. I'm just too busy trying to accomplish everything, to stop and break it all down and record it. :)

I have a few food allergies, but they're things you find in Everything. I have to avoid wheat, gluten, beef, dairy, egg, rye, and monosodium glutamate. So I'm always reading labels. Yesterday I must've eaten something with one of those ingredients, because an hour later, I had no voice for about 2 hours. Suspecting the sausage hash didn't list everything on it's label. (sigh)

I usually don't break all the stuff I do in the normal day. Food allergies suck.
