Ill

I had a stomach bug. The minute I thought I’d shaken it, it’d be back! It went on like that the whole of last week! I finally managed to settle my stomach yesterday and get back onto ‘normal’ food.
It was eventually really getting on my nerves because I was missing gym because of it.

Anyway, back on track this week and (hopefully) I’ve shaken it.
