Starting Jorge Cruise's new The 100 diet. I like the research and science behind it. I am excited about once and for all changing my lifestyle to become healthier. People think I am not fat and look good, but it is not about that. I want to be healthy and drop 20 pounds. I lost 30 pounds on his Belly Fat Cure two years ago, but have gained 13 back. I will keep you posted.
