I am starting some serious (as in more serious) weight training... although I'm a bit confused about rests... the graph I'm following states sometimes 6 minute rests between reps (is that the right word?) (strength training) and, though it may seem odd, I'm not sure if I count that in when I enter how long I've done it. Including rests, I figure I've done about 50 minutes of weight training today (shrugs, curls, shoulder flies). It's actually kind of fun! I'm using 15 lbs for shrugs and curls. I'm strength training curls right now until I can do endurance training, as I am for shrugs. I'm using 5 lb weights for shoulder flies, also endurance training. Also, I'm training to exhaustion - or near to it. My forearms were hurting when I got done with the curls! Well, briefly. I guess that's a good thing,so long as I don't seriously push myself too hard. They don't hurt atm ^_^
