I have lost fifty to seventy pounds 5 times in the last four years. Most likely it has been like that every year since I was 10. Maybe the amount to lose and the pounds have changed, but the yo-yo is the same. Four months ago at 275 pounds I decided to give up on dieting. Well, I am at 310. So, I guess that isn't working. I think the problem was that I didn't believe I was going to stop dieting. In the back of my mind I always knew I would diet again. So, instead of being a time when I was not dieting and trying to eat reasonably it became a four month binge. I don't really know what I am going to do. I feel sort of hopeless these days. But I am here. I am 1/5 through day two of Atkins induction. I guess, I just have to try again.
