along day yesterday food wise it was okay tami is sending apples pie muffins my own applesauce just kidding about the last one downloaded an app free that tracks weights cardio measurements so i will have a lot of phone work at nite today ill weigh and measure me i wonder if calories at rest includes work or not if we had a smart card id research it
124.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
