I'm not doing all that great. I'm kind of in a 'figure things out' stage... as in, working on a Circuit Training schedule, working out my diet so I don't eat too little, which would stab me in the back, so to speak, as far as getting my fitness up, and not eating too much, which would cause me to gain unhealthy fat.
I have been doing my 25 crunches and have been trying to do a good bit of exercise every day... thing sometimes just don't work out, though. Ugh.
