Holy smokes, noone told me how many calories/fat Ribeyes have! Lol. Oh well. I had 8 oz! That's the most red meat I've eaten in a very long time! Oh well...it was like butter! So good!

Ribeyes are loaded with fat. I tend to stick with Tbone, Strip steaks or clubs. I trim the outside fat from mine before cooking.

@perperjj I normally am not a fan of red meat, hence that why I was aware of high fat content...When I do have steak, it's a tbone like you, so I was shocked! But, when on vacation...
I will work out extra hard next couple of days. 💜💜💜

That looks amazing, I’ve never heard of a cowboy steak. I’m definitely gonna try to grill some of that and get one from the Butcher
