Ok, what the heck? I've been on a steady 0.5-1.0 lb. roller coaster for 3 weeks. Wondering why I haven't seen a significant change in my weight. Kept my carbs pretty low yesterday (about 20) until evening when I ate a tiny brownie with chocolate icing and 2 chocolate covered strawberries. This morning I'm at my lowest weight so far since I began this! Very interesting. Maybe I'm not eating enough and my body enjoyed the extra calories? I wanted to make this entry so I could refer back later.
