lost more but had hip replacement surgery and they put 5 lbs of metal in my right hip! I weighed 187 when I went in for surgery and 192 after! Didn't have much appetite after surgery for a few days, but it's pretty much back now! I'll have to go thru it again when I have to do my left hip!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
