I started back at Pump Class yesterday. I have to prepare myself for weight gain at first = that is why I have to measure my thighs etc... That is where it will start showing befor ethe loss happens. But there will be no HUNGER on this diet, no DEPRIVATION, no DIET in fact. Cam and I want to go somewhere warm and sunny in January. So that is my goal!
