Helloing dieters

Top tip:- soak brown rice in cold water for a day before cooking it’s so much like eating white cos it puffs out and takes away that nutty consistency. Best simple recipe idea. Buy Heinz five beans tin and wash away tomato sauce add to brown rice when five minutes away from being cooked just to heat through and add miso paste - sounds yuck but actually yummy!

I’ve given up nightshade vegetables and trying to (but not succeeding greatly) to completely give up dairy but it is goodbye Mr Latte and Mr Cappuccino. Have to take own hot choc powder around with me as most places have powdered milk in theirs. I like my pastries too much to be 100% strict.
