A little under 15 miles this morning--first felt ill, then found my clip backing was loose and had to fix that, then had to dismount in the tunnel due to more bike traffic and accidentally displaced my cycle computer--had to back track to find it and a 22 mph NW head wind with 43 degree ambient temp---just glad that ride is history--had planned on 20 + this morning--
