Starting over but only off diet less than one week, though have been on a different type diet prior to????, stopped working out...the gain does not make a lot of sense to me...but not going to beat myself up...new day, new beginning, moving forward!
138.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
