Finally, made it past the 155 mark. I feel good. I worked out hard last night!
I am going to continue this weekend to eat nothing but fruit. Next week I am starting phase 3 and I want to loose as much as I can before I stablize.
I really believe I can get to my goal by next Thursay, or at least I am going to die trying. I just have made my mind up, if I want it then I am going to have it.
