Haven't really been eating much these past few days, especially with the revelation I had on Friday. I'm working to get my mind back to 100%, but it seems like a slow process. Down to 145.8 today, probably due to little food in my gut. My stomach is definitely flat and I'm still at a healthy weight, but I'm getting pretty slim.
