Forgot to record my results from the metabolism test Tuesday. I pretty much am doing exactly what I should be. Lots of protein (75g - 100g everyday!) and no more than 1200 calories in one day. After I reach my goal weight I will go back and do it again to see what I need to keep my calories at in order to maintain.
