I have never joined an online community as I am not very good on the computer but I need some extra support. To make a long story short, I am 36 years old and have an 11 and a 12 year old. In 2002, weighing in at 187 pounds, I started the Atkins diet. By 2006, I was 110 pounds. I am still following very closely but over the past year, I have gone up to 132. I really need some ideas.

first off-get away from that propaganda-over-processes-non-food-that-is-"atkins" endorsed! stick with whole foods, local stuff. find a farmers market till winter. and KEEP JOURNALING we are ALWAYS here for you-and we come in at all hours and angles....so don't be scart-'k?just run around snooping in journals and cookbooks and diet books-- its all there for you to get insiration. AND DON'T BE SHY!!most of us arent!haha see you round!;>

Welcome aboard. It sounds like you aren't doing too bad!!! We are all about supporting each other here. And gearhead said it well - start snooping. You'll find humor, inspiration, some good advice, a few great recipes and lots of rewarding banter here. Enjoy!

Welcome to the club! We all need support and we are all here for each other! You'll find a lot of ideas and encouragement. Welcome to the challenge as well! Maintenance is the hardest part of this diet. We'll get it all figured out together. :)
